14 agosto (AOL Latino) - Las diferencias por el porcentaje de ganancias entre Oscar De la Hoya y Manny Pacquiao, han tirado por la borda cualquier esperanza de verlos intercambiar guantes el próximo 6 de diciembre en Las Vegas.

A pesar de que las negociaciones estaban bastante avanzadas en detalles como el lugar donde se realizaría el combate, el peso y los guantes, la promotora Top Rank, representante de Pacquiao, informó que buscarán otra pelea, pues las posturas respecto a las bolsas de los púgiles son irreconcilialbes.

Según Bob Arum, Pacquiao no aceptará la propuesta de 70-30 en las ganancias, a favor de Oscar, pues lo considera injusto. Se estima que esta reyerta dejaría una derrama de 100 millones y sería transmitida por HBO PPV.

"A Manny y su gente no le interesa la cifra, que sería la mayor bolsa de su carrera, le interesa si la repartición es justa o no", aseveró Arum.

Obviamente que la reacción de De la Hoya ha sido igual de tajante, pues no piensa ceder en lo absoluto en su propuesta.

Por su parte, Richard Schaefer, presidente de Golden Boy Promotions, confirmó que las negociaciones se cayeron, no sin antes aclarar que la relación con Top Rank está intacta.

La pelea del 6 de diciembre que significaría la última en la carrera del boxeador mexico americano sigue en pie, aunque con rival por conocer.
